PRESCRXIPTIVE SALADS, LLC (“we,” “our,” or “us”) operates the SALAD DNA ™️ mobile App (the “App”). 

PrescRxiptive™ Salads LLC ("we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy.This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use SALAD DNA™️ ( the “App”)   

1. Information We Collect

Account Information: When you create a profile, we collect your email address and login authentication details.

Wellness Check Data: To provide targeted salad blueprints, we collect your inputted wellness goals (such as increased fiber or plant-based protein) and physical concerns (such as sleep difficulties or energy levels).

Camera and Image Data: Our Salad Checker feature requires camera access. When you upload photos of a meal or a menu, the App processes these images strictly to provide wellness feedback.

Usage Data: We gather basic app interaction metrics to continuously improve our proprietary categorization methodology.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your data exclusively to deliver the App's core functionality:

Generating customized ingredient lists using our AI-driven expert panel.

Analyzing menus and salads to suggest optimal additions or modifications.

Providing customer support and communicating important app updates.

3. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We value your trust and never sell your personal information. We strictly share data with secure, trusted third-party service providers (such as cloud hosting and AI processors) required to operate the App. We may also disclose information if legally required by a valid subpoena or court order.

4. Account and Data Deletion

You retain full control over your personal data. You may delete your account at any time using the "Delete Account" button located directly within the Profile tab of the App. Upon initiating this request, we will permanently erase your account, including all saved wellness data and Salad DNA profiles, from our active servers within 3 to 5 business days.

5. Medical and Wellness Disclaimer

The App serves purely as a functional food guide and lifestyle tool. Salad DNA is a wellness app and is not a medical app. Built by a Registered Nurse (RN) drawing from professional methodology and personal experience managing autoimmune and gut health concerns, the App provides supportive educational insights. The information collected and processed is utilized strictly for educational wellness purposes, without establishing a clinical provider-patient relationship. Always consult a qualified healthcare practitioner regarding any specific dietary restrictions, food sensitivities, allergies, or medical conditions.
